• Offer to Purchase
• Price is UNHEARD OF!
• By signing the proposal, you do not reliquish your rights to your ownership
• Commission - 9% of the "Selleing Price"
• No up front fees
• ESCROW OFFICER - CHOSEN BY THE PURCHASER NO! DEMAND THAT THE SELLER CHOOSES
• Addresses most likely will not be accurate
• Volunteer to send by courier a parcel to the address. If you get a return of your parcel, you have confirmed a scam. Its a small price to pay in order to save thousands of dollars.

Here is a sample of the proposal:


They all look the same.

• All the sales person wants is the commission from the money you send in.
• You will never recover the money you send in.
• The price is absurdly high.
• Listen to this conversation: Recorded conversation with Impersonator (Scam Artist) and the person being impersonated.

Remember, the scammers don't force anyone to do anything. They just make their story believable, which appeals to our deisre to make money from our interests.
