SPA 2 Bedroom Residences

The SPA 2 Bedroom Residence is approximately 2,300 SF and currently located on the upper five floors of the SPA Towers (Towers 4 A and 4 B) in Nuevo Vallarta and in all of Building 3 in Riviera Maya. There are forty of these units on the Nuevo Vallarta property and 18 on the Riviera Maya property. They are unique because they are complete, two bedroom units. There is no lock-off as is the case in a typical hotel suite.
The decks are large, there is a massage table on the deck for the privacy of in-room massages, and the units are comfortable for two couples or families of four. One of the couches in the living room area has a "Trundle" Style bed that rolls out from under the couch. This may be wide enough for an adult, but more likely it would sleep a youngster. It does not appear as though the couches themselves would make into beds.
The SPA 2 Bedroom Residence units are plysically located between the SPA 3 Bedroom Residences, which are located on each corners of the SPA Towers in Nuevo Vallarta (Tower 4 A and 4 B) and Building 3 in Riviera Maya.
These will become popular family units because they are like a home and close to the new SPA Tower Pools.
