Grand Luxxe Tower I

Situated on the Southern most border of the Grupo Vidanta - Grupo Mayan property, this first Grand Luxxe tower was the most anticipated building of all the Grupo Vidanta brands.

Construction began in early 2008. Two years later in February, management held a "Soft Opening" to give all employees a chance to become acquainted with the new operating procedures.

By November, 2010, the building was operational and enjoyed by many guests for the first time. That is not to say everything was perfect. It was not. Everything from in operable services to critters to water pipe issues confronted new visitors.

Now, the building is gaining momentum. Services are leveling off, small issues are resolved and it has become a great place to spend two, three or more weeks.
