WOW!!!
The word used to describe our first impression as we walked through the front door of the three bedroom loft model.
The view from the double floor windows overlooking the spacious deck, the bird sanctuary and Puerto Vallarta beyond is awesome. The floor to ceiling double drapes are electronically opened and closed with the touch of a button.
The main floor includes a very large living room and dining area. The decor in both is beautiful and appears to be of high-end quality. The dining table seats eight with room to spare. The adjacent kitchen has the promised amenities, oven, dishwasher, abundant storage and even a wine refrigerator. The "laundry room" has a stacked washer/dryer and storage.
The grand master suite includes a huge beautiful marble bathroom and walk-in closet. A guest bath with shower completes the first floor.
At the top of the stairs we could not help but stop to look out again at the view. The "loft" sitting area includes a sofa with bed, a second sofa and one of the five televisions.
The two additional bedrooms are lovely - one with king bed, the other with two double beds. Both have spacious baths, closet space and small decks.
The main deck will be perfect for entertaining with table for six, sofas, expanded pool and room to roam.
Bottom line - if you have the time, you definitely should take a look for yourself. In our opinion the "loft" is truly luxury at it's very best.
