Beachland was announced and described by Iván Chávez in his letter dated November 5, 2020.Beachland is an area for the exclusive use by Estates contract owners that includes the former Mayan Palace Infinity Pool.
It is now open and receiving good reviews. Following are photos taken by LaVidaLoca during his stay during the Holiday Season:

Night use is a new feature at the beach. Fun colors and bright lights make Beachland very festive.
The new Beachland area is very colorful.
A new elevated walkway oversees a colorful reconditioned pool, the former Mayan Palace Infinity pool.
The former Mayan Palace Infinity Pool is now the site of a Beachland pool with a massive swimup bar.
The new pool has a large swim-up bar. What an addition!
The pool has an expanded number of lounges for members to enjoy.
Other areas include more lounges around the pool.
Lounges are also in the former Exclusive area that was a popular site for weddings.
There is a walkway to the beach from Beachland.
