La Cantina

The Cantina opened on November 15, 2015 and is a sports bar/restaurant located on Grupo Vidanta's property at Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico. It has 7 screens and mostly feeds from Mexico. US and Canadian news feeds may come at a future date.

Boots on the Ground was on the spot when La Cantina opened.

It is located in the former Pro Shop space next to the Gong restaurant. This restaurant/bar has been a topic of discussion and interest since the golf Pro Shop moved to the ground floor of the Residence Tower in January or February, 2015. Touted as a Sports Bar, it is more likely going to be a great place for Mexican cuisine, but at the finger food level. According to Boots, the sports aspect most likely will concentrate on Latino sports activities. However, that is to be seen....so...stay tuned!

Located near the Gong restaurant, La Cantina is easily accessible from the Grand Bliss and Grand Mayan.

It looks like a great addition and place to gather for social get togethers with friends.

La Cantina is next to the Gong Restaurant on one side and the Conference Center on the other.

Outside seating will be enjoyed by all who want to enjoy the out doors.

Seven screens and plenty of seating makes La Cantina a likely gathering spot for casual drinks and food.
