Over fifty of our viewers have contributed photos and videos. They have helped us all better understand the purchase we all have made. Thanks goes out to everyone who has participated.

Videos are terrific. We have seen videos from several members, and they have increased our feeling of the subject matter and conditions of the property at the time of the video. Great to see the RCI videos too.

Photos and videos from viewers are gifts. It takes time to take the photos, review them for relevance and send them in. Without the wonderful contributions from everyone, we all would be relying on words.....and lots of them. Thank goodness we have active fellow owners.

LindaG visited the Grand Mayan in San Jose del Cabo and shared her photos with us. Hakkasan Group is building on the property a Herringbone brand restaurant featuring "ingredients from the ocean, ranch and field". Should be upscale and interesting. Stay tuned....

The Greg Norman golf course at Grupo Vidanta's Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico property is on the south side of the Ameca River. Access is over a newly constructed suspension bridge. The Greg Norman golf course at Grupo Vidanta's Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico property is scheduled to open on November 15, 2015. This is a photo of the new bridge.

Vida Golf's first Executive Golf Course is under construction at Grupo Vidanta's Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico property. This 10 hole, 3 par course is the firs Executive Golf Course to be offered by Vida Golf, and it will be challenging with water, bunkers and sloping fairways.
Jamie shares photos of the Executive Golf course, which may open earlier than March 15, 2017 if the grass grows fast enough, and Tower Five, which is due to open December 15, 2016. Lot's of change...stay tuned.....(Tap to view this article.)

Puerto Peñasco Photo Update

Puerto Peñasco has a tower that has been under construction since 2009 or earlier. Now there is talk of including Luxxe floor plans there too. Although they may not come soon, they will likely be available in the 2019 time frame. Stay tuned...
