Vidanta Elegant - Passes Through Panama - Mazatlan Bound

More renovation to come in Mazatlan. Almost two years ago, we became aware that Vidanta had purchased a ship. That was in April, 2017. Since then, the ship has traveled from Singapore to Shalalah, Oman through the Red Sea into the Mediterranean Sea on its way to Cadiz, Spain, where it stayed until January 14, 2019. Then it set sail for Panama, and arrived on January 27, 2019. Today, the Elegant is on its way to Mazatlan for more detailed upgrading and retrofitting.Vidanta Elegant arrived on time in Panama and turned north to Mazatlan for more updating.
Vidanta Elegant expects to arrive in Mazatlan on January 31, 2019, where it will undergo more upgrading and refurbishment. Estimates are that over $90 million USD has been spent on this project so far.
When the ship will be available for use by members is anyone's guess. Maybe after the September Sales Meeting? Don't you think the staff would love to be on the boat and hear about plans for the new 2020 year?
