The scenario:
  • Cold call from a marketer
  • Has a buyer for six weeks
  • Value is $5,000 per week
  • Total amount to be sent to client = $30,000
  • Disclosure that the commission is 8% of the amount to be sent to client
  • No fees
  • Guaranteed
  • Escrow to be chosen by Buyer
  • Transaction is subject to a contract

Your World Vacations Letter of Interest - June, 2013

Upon reviewing the letter, seller is to sign and fax the letter back to Your World Vacations. Suggestion: Always send documents by courier to confirm the address is a deliverable one.

The contract will look convincing and your attorney will say it looks good to him.

The only problem is.....you will need to send money in order to consumate the transaction. If you do, it will be gone.
