Outsourcedcallers.com

On March 15, 2013, an Aimfair member received an offer for $37,250 from Outsourcedcallers.com and asked us if we knew of this company. No, we told him. It was a new one for us.So we poked around a little. Here is what we found:
- outsourcedphonesupport.com - Provides pricing for its services (Domain name is now available - 5-2-17)
- outsourcedcallcenter.com - Provides pricing for its services (Domain name is now available - 5-2-17)
- callcentersoperations.com - Has an extensive list of services (Appears to be a legitimate company - 5-2-17)
- outsourcecallsys.com - Has an extensive list of services (Domain name is now available - 5-2-17)
- outsourcedcallers.com - Lacking substance (Domain name is now available - 5-2-17)
Interestingly, as we have in the past, we found that there are legitimate companies with similar names as the company in question. In this case, Outsource or Call or both are in the names of all the companies we identified.
The most obvious red flag, aside from the meager amount of information on Outsourcedcallers.com website is call centers do not issue documents on behalf of their clients. Call Center personnel answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls for their clients. They are not held responsible for issuing proposals or contracts for their clients. There is too much of a liability exposure.
So, we did not have to go very far to determine the company is not likely legitimate. In the words of the sharks in the Shark Tank….â€I’m Out!â€
Here is an email sent to our member that discusses a proposal to be sent by the call center. Really?:
