Yes, the second bedroom called a JR Villa has a living area that can be used as third bedroom. It is also serves as a wonderful second living room with its own TV. The couch makes into a bed and there is a trundle under the couch too. Perfect for families with small children!

In addition to the comfortable sleeping accommodations, the living area is large with high ceilings. The deck is our favorite, and it extends about 72 feet from the corner of the second bedroom deck to the far end at the Master Bedroom. The dipping pool is loads of fun for everyone!

This contract offers considerable access to annual vacations - 9 weeks of use each year, which is a true value statement. Again, you are not limited to just 9 weeks by using the Sister Resort exchange privileges available under the terms of the contract.

What you need to know:

• This contract has been extended for 10 more years by the owner by paying the required fees
  • The contract has two Residence Weeks of use per year for 10 years for the next 9 renewal options
  • Use is Red - No holidays but all other dates
  • Twelve month reservation window for April to December holidays. Excludes Easter and Holy Week. Also, only one week can be booked in February and March, and the reservation window is 6 months for that reservation request. Reservations made in other months can be made 365 days in advance.
  • Sister Resort privileges into the Grand Bliss, Grand Mayan, or Mayan Palace doubles the weeks and expands destinations to 7 cities in Mexico
  • Includes 16 Rounds of golf for guests, family members and renters
  • Two complementary massages
