The Grand Luxxe Residence Lofts - Photos by Gina Marie

{carousel fgalId=300 displaySize=.60}Gina Marie is in Nuevo Vallarta and has been very active during her vacation. Not only has she shown us that the waterways are shrinking further, but also she has shared her visit to the Grand Luxxe Residence Lofts with us.
These units are not finished yet. However, they are furnished enough to be able to show off the nuances between the Residence and other the other two categories of units, the SPA and the Villa.
Although we do not have exact square footagees yet, we have heard the two bedroom units are about 4,000 SF and the three bedroom units are about 5,000 SF.
The most unique feature of the Lofts is their two story configuration. From what we can see, there is a bedroom, kitchen and living room area on the first floor. The second floor has one or two bedrooms plus two bathrooms and a second living/sitting/ TV area.
The kitchen appears to have a large refrigerator and an oven. These are in addition to the standard items such as a microwave oven, four burner stove and all the other items that are in the other Suite kitchens.
Gina's photos are terrific and provide our first glimpse of the entire unit. We received our first glimpse of the unit from Mark earlier in the month.
