Mansions of the World - New Images

In 2009, sales personnel discussed the concept of accessing Mansions of the World in connection with purchasing Grand Luxxe Villas. The idea heard around the pool was by owning four Villas, you would have the ability to use those weeks at the Mansions of the World. If you recall, the July, 2009 architect's renderings of Acapulco, Nuevo Vallarta and Riviera Maya included Mansions of the World facilities at each location. In the image to the right, the Mansions of the World building was said to be the building closest to the ocean of the Grand Luxxe Towers with a label of 1.

In 2010, rumors appeared in Skyscrapercity.com that discussed Mansions of the World a the new luxury hotel that would open in Buenos Aires in 2013.

Much has taken place since then, including statements from the Grupo Vidanta sales staff saying the Mansions of the World would not be built on the three properties in Mexico. Furthermore, we have heard no discussions about construction at the rumored site in the Puerto Modero area of Buenos Aires. This area is a growing, very chic area with parks, hotels and river walks.

Following are photos of the reported site location for the first Mansions of the World hotel to be opened by Grupo Vidanta (The source of the information about Madero Harbour is their website, located at MaderoHarbour.com):










Rosario Vera Penalosa is a main thoroughfare, and the Mansions of the World property is on the corner of this street. Across from the Mansions of the World property is Terminandose Esmeralda Office. Further away from Rosario Vera Penalosa is the Madero Harbour project. These photos show the types of buildings that are under construction in the area where Mansions of the World will be built. The tree in the right hand corner of the fourth Terminandose Esmeralda Office photo is on the Mansions of the World Property. During the last three or four months, we have seen increased search activity for information about Mansions of the World. These searches are from places located all over the world. As a result, we decided to conduct our own searches and came across 10 new videos on YouTube we had never seen before. All ten were produced and updated in October, 2010 by Sr. Alfonso Baez Andrade. Click on the photo that appears below to view the video of Mansions of the World.

You will note that the other locations in Mexico are included in the video.

Granted, this video was produced in 2010 and most likely was completed as part of a promotional or educational program. There is no question the timing for development of the Mansions of the World was not the greatest and, as we all know, changes do happen.

However, it is interesting to see images of the Mansions of the World in Buenos Aires, and they are consistent with images we have seen on the Mansions of the World website, which have not changed.

Following are additional images of the proposed Mansions of the World Hotel in Buenos Aires. Again, there are no formal announcements, but the appearance of these images now is likely more than just a coincidence.
