The Residence at the Grand Luxxe - by Boots on the Ground

Boots on the Ground spent the second week in January in the Residence at the Grand Luxxe and enjoyed his stay thoroughly. He becomes the third Aimfair member to contribute photos of this newest, completed offering by the Grand Luxxe Residence Club.The unit reviewed is on the sixth floor in the outside column of the North Tower. The deck has westerly and northerly views because the north side is open. This is marginally different from the "inner" column units, since the deck only faces west. A wall separates the two, side by side units.
Although not patently obvious, the inner and outer column units are the same configuration - four bedrooms with four and one half baths. There was some speculation before the Soft Opening that the inner column units would be a diffeent size.
