The Case of the Shrinking Lagoon...More Golf?

PLStrong just finished an extended stay at Nuevo Vallarta. What a lucky guy!He sent us all photos he wanted to share. They are particularly interesting because:
- The images on the Sales Office Wall in the Grand Bliss are now out of date; The lagoon is shrinking. Are Golf facilities expanding?
- The "Navigable Waterway" seems pretty small to allow boats to move from the SPA Pools to the Punta Pools. Is this the "Navigable Waterway"?
- The new Sales Center is coming together.
- The plate offered at Chirinquitos at the Grand Bliss looks terrific.
- But please do not feed the Crocodiles!
The Shrinking Lagoon
Thank you Darrin99, Actionslax, PLStrong and DLCrandel. For a frame of reference, take a look at the bridge to the golf course from the Santuario (The three pools across from the Grand Bliss.). Water's edge moved to the bridge and shrunk to a small pond.. Wow! What an enormous amount of dirt!

The Grand Luxxe Residence Club Sales Center
Thank you PLStrong. Looks as though it is finally coming together. Makes sense, with all the new Grand Luxxe Residence Club product: The Residence, the Residence SPA, the SPA two and three bedroom units, the Grand Luxxe Villa and the Grand Luxxe Suite. We guess that will be our next center of comfort.

Thank you PLStrong. First, more golf faciliities are on the way. The sign across the bridge from the Santuario to the Grand Luxxe Towers says "One of the World's Premier Golf Courses Designed by One of the Games Best Players. (Opening Soon) Second Golf Course by Greg Norman."
Second, PLStrong could not resist showing this dish at Chirinquitos. It looks great! We can't wait to check our this appetizing dish at the Grand Bliss pool.
