The Executive Golf Course is progressing. There are holes still being worked on so opening is delayed. Regardless, the course looks great! Following is a closeup image of the course from this morning's photo of the property:This area of the Executive Course is still waiting for grass. Not sure when it will be planted, but we will let you know when it does. Otherwise, the rest of the course looks beautiful. Taking lessons now so I can keep out of the water.
Tower Five B is also progressing. All we know now is there will be Luxxe Villas and Suites in the tower. Maybe the top floor will be Lofts? Who knows. We will simply have to wait and see.
Tower Five B is up to the 8th floor. Work is being accomplished in "quiet construction mode". Noise levels are down and complaints from guests in Tower Five A are down too.
Construction of The Park as seen from the air is fully underway. December, 2018 is the planned opening date. Sales representatives are saying construction of many of the elements of The Park is taking place off the property. It will be fun to see it all come together.
