Grand Luxxe Punta and Train Station Update

KMACKERMANN is in Nuevo Vallarta enjoying an extended vacation with her husband and other family members. What fun they are having....some of that fun is on the golf course and some around the pool.They graciously sent photos to update us all on the changes taking place and provide us with their update.
Their photos display the Grand Luxxe Punta in all it's splendor and glory. Also, they show us what we can expect the next time we visit the Vidanta vacation resort property at Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico.

Note: the sand spit that extended nearly a half a mile from the beach last year is there now. Yes, high tide.

The Grand Luxxe at Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico is on its way. This photo shows the progress made so far. We hear that a Soft Opening could occur in November 2011.
Development of the Grand Luxxe Pools in Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico if far along. The swimming pools extend from the Grand Luxxe Tower I to the front of the Grand Luxxe Punta. Definitely an attractive addition.
There are two new structures that are rumored to be Train Stations. One is near the new entrance at the Jerrataderas exit off Highway 200 from Puerto Vallarta. This photo provides a glimpse of how the new structure at the entrance to the property will appear.
The other is a new structure east of the Grand Bliss Resort building. Rumors are entering and exiting the property may only be through these two access points. Rumors, just rumors.

The road to Grand Luxxe III and IV is higher than the road that leads to Grand Luxxe Punta, Tower I and Tower II. This photo shows the elevation of the road and its position relative to the Grand Luxxe Tower II (right) and Tower III (left). Rumor is the fourth floor will be shops and caves(?). Guests will enter the building using the elevated roadway. Changes....
The fourth floor of the Grand Luxxe Towers III, IV and V is still a mystery. Elevated road way to the west end of Tower III. Lower rooms have pretty limited views. The buildings will not be complete for several months, at which time we will better understand the configuration of the buildings.
