Mansions of the World - Update

Mansions of the World is under construction. According to eye witnesses, who are very familiar with the Madero Harbour Project there are about 200 workers on the site building the foundation.Work began with about 12 workers in late July, 2012. Our most recent update was October 30, 2012. According to sources in Buenos Aires, who are familiar with this location, the contractor is a company called Caputo S.A., which is a publicly traded construction company that was founded in 1938.
One of the site engineers confirmed that the building under construction at this location is a Mansions of the World hotel. He indicated the building will be ten stories tall, and the estimated completion date is the last quarter of 2013. Of course, the ultimate use of the building could be something other than current expectations.

Please understand, there has been no official confirmation by Grupo Vidanta that this building site and current construction in Puerto Modero Harbour will ultimately become a Mansions of The World hotel, which one of its divisions will own and manage. Privately owned companies operate for the benefit of their owners, and there are no requirements for full and complete disclosure of current or future plans and activities.
