Building Four and The Beach Club - Update from BeachWalkerBob

Building Four:
Beach Walker Bob and his wife Christina have been enjoying themselves in Riviera Maya. Although it has been a fun visit, there have been a few irritations along the way. Here is what they had to say:
Hola Bob,
I took 12 photos walking along the West side of new GL Building 4 that faces GL Building 2. I started taking photos at the left (North) end and walked South. You can make out the floor plans somewhat from the photos. It looked like they were finishing a show room in the upper left end of the building, photos d and e. The glass was in the unit and there were potted plants on the balcony.
The sound of jack hammers fills the air and even side of Building 2 where we are now the sound penetrates the walls. Outside, the jackhammers are deafening. The other direction has the sound of huge industrial air conditioning units roaring. You can hear them inside and really loud outside on the balcony. That is why we like to stay on the ocean side of Building 1 where it faces away from the huge noisy AC units and the hammering and beeping of Building 4. In a few months the hammering jackhammers in Building 4 will be gone and only the jet engine sound of the AC units by the tennis courts will remain. We stayed in 3707, third floor Building 1, facing the huge and noisy AC cooling units and we could hardly hear each other speaking when out on the deck. The resort needs to install a high sound proof wall around the noisy units to deflect the noise upward away from the GL buildings.

It is becoming clear that Building Four will have 2 and 3 Bedroom Loft Residenes on the upper floor. Below them look to be 4 Bedroom Residences at the Grand Luxxe units. Below the corner 3 BR Lofts appears to be the Residence master bedroom suite and the living room. Below the 2 BR Lofts appears to be the three remaining bedroom and bath suites.
If true, then there will be six Loft 2 and 3 bedroom units on the upper floors of Building Four and six 4 bedroom Residence units on the ground floor.
