The Crandels having fun on the beach....the very big beach....
The Crandels enjoy Nuevo Vallarta and the Vida properties. They have won the best photo when there were contests to engage members of Vidanta, they have been avid supporters of Aimfair and they are passionate about their rights to leave the property if they want to. Following is the post they left in the Forum along with photos they shared with us. Great fun, but serious complaints!

I just read the info on my subscription update email. We missed you at the Luxxe as we arrived on the 19th and you left the next day. Is there an update somewhere on all that was discussed with Brett Estes? Does he have an email where members can contact him?
They are doing so many large and wonderful projects but I would love to see them address a few minor details that could make things so much better for many of us. One thing I've been asking for for a long time is steps down to the beach from the Punta pool. Also a place to wash off when coming up from the ocean closer to the pool area. Right now many of us walk along the rocky ledge which is not the easiest or safest. Of course you know everyone would like another way off the property towards Nuevo Vallarta also.
They did put in two new tennis courts closer to the golf pro shop which are nice and we really enjoyed meeting the new tennis pro. However, still only 2 courts for such a large resort is not sufficient.
