Nuevo Vallarta Update - B&MA

Wow! The changes keep on coming....Following are updates to the information members sent us during the past 30 days or so:
- Speculation: Structure under construction between Tower 5A and the Residence Tower - Taxi Stand
- Update: New structure is for Golf Cart staging. The golf carts will be assigned here, and maybe golfers will return them here too.
- Statement from update: Tower 5A and eight additional towers are planned for construction.
- Update: Instead of nine buildings, there will be three.....at least under current plans. The three could be the combination of Tower 5A, 5B right and 5B left. What will be in the place of the other buildings? Not sure! However, we all know that the only constant we have to deal with......is change.
- Statement from update: Five bridges will cross the Ameca River to allow access to the Greg Norman and Nicklaus golf courses.
- Update: Two more bridges will cross the Ameca River
- One to provide a second one-way cart crossing - so two one-way cart bridges for opposite direction travel.
- A third devoted to foot traffic only.
- Update: Two more bridges will cross the Ameca River
- Statement from update: Golf carts will use an overpass to reach portions of the Nicklaus course on the other side of and to avoid crossing Boulevard de Nayarit, which is a busy main thoroghfare.
- The statement is true. Pedestrians may be able to use the overpass as well to reach Tacos Break, even during evenings. However, nothing is official yet. We will have to.....stay tuned on this issue.
- Statement from update: There is new construction in the Old Parking Lot. What is it?

- This new construction is a new convention center. It will hold up to 1,500 attendees. Wow! Just think what that will do for use of restaurants, pools, golf courses and other movement around the property. May open in 2017, if not sooner. Interesting....
- Statement from update: Lagoons north of the SPA Towers and Towers 3A and 3B empty and eath is moving.
The Executive Golf course is under construction in the Lagoons north of the SPA Towers and Towers 3A and 3B. Planned opening is by Christmas, 2017.

- Other Updates:
- Reservations for the Loft 1 BR Residences and Luxxe Sudio Lofts opened March 1, 2016.
- Theme Park construction - Moving along as planned.
- Transportation System - Faster and more efficient transportation systems to move between the Theme Park and Resorts are under consideration.
- Trains - To be used within the Theme Park.
