How coronavirus spreads is still a mystery. But, there are things we can do to reduce the impact of the virus should we become infected. Consider the following video.

Vitamin D3 and COVID-19 - Must Watch Video

December 18, 2020

COVID-19 is very contagious. We all know that and are warned by the CDC to protect ourselves by wearing masks, washing our hands with sudsy soap frequently and maintaining distances of at least 6 feet from other people. We are safer outside than inside, generally speaking. And we should avoid being in crowds of more than 10 people. At least, those of us who live in California are continuously reminded that these practices will reduce the spread of the virus. We all do follow these guidelines, and yet at 12 noon today, we received an Emergency Notification that all Bay Area Counties are now in shelter in home mode until January 4, 2021.

There is no question that we listen to the warnings and practice the protocols suggested by the government health officials.

That said, there are things we can do as individuals to improve our ability to fight off the virus if we become infected. One thing is to listen to the following video. It is like attending a class - a one hour class. The subject is the importance of Vitamin D3 to our immune systems.

We have doctor friends who advised us to take Vitamin D3. However, this video provides important data and background information. I was surprised that I listened to the whole video, and I feel so much better informed. Maybe you will too. Give it a try; it is important for us all to know and easy for us all to add Vitamin D3 to our daily routine. Enjoy:

Two doctors cover Vitamin D3, its importance to all of us and the reasons why.

Taking Vitamin D3 is important and actionable. Mary Ann and I started taking it because of our doctor friend's advice. After viewing this video, I now know how important it is to our well being and how a simple action could have a major impact on our ability to fight off the virus should we become infected.
We are not doctors and don't prescribe medicines or give medical advice. Be proactive and consider the advice given in the video. It won't harm you and could be very helpful!
