Update From Nuevo Vallarta

Here is a photo update from an Aimfair member who had a great time during her vacation during the first two weeks in December. Enjoy...Oh, no, thank YOU for taking time to send photos and your comments. Incidentally, we also had a great time during our last visit, and it was possibly the best time we ever had. Maybe the best is yet to come.
Hello from Punta Building,
We will be leaving on Friday and have been having a great time. We did go to the owners update (right!) and we got the jeep ride through the developing park. No signs of any estates yet but, supposedly, there will just be 42 and they will be near the water. The plans were for many many more units, but zoning would not allow it. I took some good pics of the developing areas but sure looks like a LONG way to go.
I asked our rep about the possible pools by building 5 and 6 and he said there are some planned and he will send me the renditions when he gets them.
I mentioned that I was taking pics for AImfair and he knew right away who I was talking about!
I forgot all about asking about a 3 BR residence. We, dove into the estates, so I hope we are not complete fools.
I had read on Aimfair a few things that we have heard differently. John, our rep, said the 4 BRs are sold out. I had read that the estates were only going to be here in Nuevo, but they are planned for RM and East Cape as well. RM will be across the highway with a skyride to the other side. We will believe all of this when we see it, right?
Heading out for dinner soon to Quinto. I will send some pics, maybe when we get home and back to reality!

The Estates in Nuevo Vallarta
There are three buildings on the south side of the Ameca River. They are three stories high and appear to have two large 4 BR units on the ends of each building and then a two bedroom and one bedroom unit on each side, extending toward the center of a three building "Pod".
The Celebrate Park in Nuevo Vallarta
One of the first "skeleton" building. It is closest to Highway 200.
New buildings along the border of Jarretaderas.
There are 12 new buildings along the border of Jarretaderas. Units appear to be larger than the spaces in the building closest to the highway.
The lagoons are rumored to be for flood control.
There may be uses for the islands; however, based on past experiences with lagoons and promised uses, it is unlikely anything will come of these attractive settings.
The Nuevo Vallarta property is a very beautiful area!
