The Vidanta Traveler, Vidanta's newsletter, featured Grupo Vidanta's newest offering - The Luxxe Jungle Suite. These one bedroom, two bath floor plans are located in the Luxxe Jungle Suite Towers. These towers appear to be the ones located near a Lazy River that was built between 2004 and 2006 but never opened. The area is near the Ocean Breeze (Former Sea Garden) Hotel. Room to Be You
The new Jungle Suites are welcoming and warm with all the needs of a family reflected in the large floor plan. There’s a gourmet kitchen to make guests feel at home, complete with pantry, dishware, refrigerator, and sprawling breakfast bar. The open layout then leads to the dining room where a dining table that seats six gives your family a place to gather. Off to the side, the living room offers a place to unwind after a day at the beach. Both the dining and living room are adjacent to the main terrace, where you can take in the majesty of the jungle. The master bedroom offers a quiet haven and is outfitted with a desk and floor-to-ceiling windows that open to a private terrace. And the unit features two marble bathrooms, the master bath offering a Jacuzzi tub perfect for luxuriating in.

Naturally Stunning
When it came to decorating these suites, our interior design team knew they wanted the space to feel like the perfect complement to the stunning scenery outside. They used dark woods, organic-design marbles, neutral linens, and woven details in the light fixtures to emphasize the presence of nature within the space. The art and other décor accessories, like pillows and textiles, offer pops of color in hues that mirror the outdoors, such as the vibrant greens of the jungle and the deep turquoises and blues of the Caribbean.
Soak Up the Fun
With the debut of the Jungle Suite Towers comes another exciting announcement: the opening of a Grand Luxxe-exclusive Lazy River. The Lazy River will wind around the resort hotel and offer guests of Grand Luxxe Jungle Suites an even more exhilarating way to admire their beautiful surroundings. This much-anticipated attraction was designed as yet another way to celebrate the astonishing scenery of Vidanta Riviera Maya, allowing guests to interact with, and admire, the jungle landscape in a variety of ways throughout their stay.

In 2009, the buildings now called Luxxe Jungle Suite Towers, were said to become Bliss Towers. But, only the three between the Luxxe Buildings and the Luxxe Suite Towers have become the Bliss Towers.
Floor plans for the units in the Luxxe Jungle Suite Towers are not to be confused with the Luxxe Suite (Condos) floor plans, which units are located in Luxxe Buildings One and Two. Following are images of the Luxxe Jungle Suite layout:
This image shows the living room area in the Luxxe Jungle Suite. We suspect the couch turns converts into a bed. These are one bedroom units with two full baths.

A key feature mentioned in the Vidanta Traveler article is a Lazy River. This feature was discussed on the Owners Forum a number of times in 2010, 2011 and later. Most recently, the sales department said the Lazy River could not open for different reasons. We now discover why....because management was not ready to announce the opening of the Luxxe Jungle Suite Towers.

Date: November, 2010. The long awaited Lazy River will open in June, 2017. It will be for the exclusive use by Luxxe owners, according to the article in the Vidanta Traveler.

We heard that the Luxxe Jungle Suites have been advertised along the highway in Riviera Maya. Now we know why, what they are and where they are located on the property. The new floor plan is a nice addition to the growing list of Grand Luxxe Residence Club floor plans, and we are sure guests staying in the Luxxe Jungle Suite Towers will thoroughly enjoy their privacy and their Lazy River.
