Tower Five B - Nuevo Vallarta - Update

A member of the Nuevo Vallarta Sales Department confirms what we all suspected: There will be a Penthouse Floor in Five B and the floor plans on that floor will be Loft 2 BR and 3 BR Residences. We received the following photo today, and it is very clear the Penthouse floor has two story units, and they are not the Loft 1 BR Penhouse design.The Penthouse Floor appears to have two story spaces, but there was no official word when this photo was taken on June 1, 2017.
The lower floors will be Luxxe Villa and Luxxe Suite floor plans. Note sliding glass doors for the Luxxe units are being installed on the lower floors. Looks as though construction is progressing very rapidly. We understand crews are working toward a planned opening date of November, 2017.
There is no word about the possibility of a pool on the top floor. Speculation is there will be one because the Tower Five A pool may only be used by guests staying in Tower Five A only. That said, there very well could be only one pool on the roof of the Tower Five complex, which would make the single pool area very crowded. Then again, there was conversation of a pool on the ground level outside Tower Five A and B. Nothing said about the pools yet.
