Beach Club at Riviera Maya - Changes

We have heard from Christine that there is much construction going on at the south end of the Riviera Maya beach. Evidently there are two complexes under development:- The Beach Club for guests of the Grand Bliss and Grand Luxxe
- El Villorio - which could be an upscale restaurant and pool complex south of the Grand Bliss and Luxxe Beach Club
- Looks very upscale in the rendering.
- Note - cars appear to be allowed to let people off at the entrance.
- Rumor - Pay $200 US in commitments to food and drink during a week in exchange for seating rights in the El Villorio complex.
